HUMBLE LEAF stands behind the products we sell. If you’re in any way unsatisfied with your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. If you still need to return anything, we offer hassle-free returns with a ten (10) day guarantee for all of our products.
All products are unique and contain natural differences, as they are handmade to your order. Natural differences are not defects. If there is a defect, email at sales@fulcrumdistribution.com within 10 days of receiving. We will replace within the following two weeks with newly made product. We aim to have every customer happy.
Damaged Product Return?
If your product is damaged or defective, we happily replace or refund 100% of the purchase price or an equal exchange, Humble Leaf will pay the return shipping for products ordered within the past 10 days that are damaged. It will take up to two weeks to replace product with newly handmade product.
Unwanted Product Return?
Maybe you ordered the wrong item, or you simply don’t want it anymore. In this case, we replace the full value of the remaining sellable product ordered within the past 10 days, and you simply pay the return-shipping costs. It will take up to two weeks to replace product with newly handmade product. There is no cash refund.
After 10 days?
After 10 days our return policy is null and void. Please understand we have no return policy at all after 10 of receiving said product.
Return Policy exceptions.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items can show wear and use.
- After 10 days of receiving there is no return policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel an order, please e-mail us immediately. ONLY if our warehouse has not yet processed your most recent order, will you be able to cancel your order. If the order has been shipped, the guidelines for an unwanted return will be followed (see above).
